A Life Plan Community located in Potomac Falls, Virginia, Falcons Landing opened in May, 1996. A vibrant retirement community for 62 an above. Eligibility for our Independent Living is for any officer that has honorably served in any branch of service, their spouse or a surviving spouse and retired senior level federal employees, GS-14 and above, their spouse or a surviving spouse.
Eligibility for our Health Center is open to the community.
Falcons Landing has 304 Independent living apartments and cottages and 72 Assisted Living Suites and 60 Skilled Nursing Beds.
