Loudoun Technology Workshop: Buried Alive under Google Drive?
Buried Alive under Google Drive?
Ever received a Google Drive link or invitation to edit? You click the link, do your work, and it’s great… for now. But a week later, you struggle to find that vital document. Your Google Drive is a cluttered collection of documents. Your “Shared with me” folder is a mountain of everything ever shared with you. And don’t get us started on the Google Drive home page.
Take back control of your Google Drive! Loudoun Chamber’s Tech Coalition Committee is proud to present The Buried Alive Google Drive Workshop. This 90-minute workshop will be led by Austin Harber, Business Writer. As a freelance copywriter, Austin lives and dies by Google Drive. He’s worked with some of the messy Google Drives (don’t worry, he won’t judge yours) and helped organizations retake their collaborative power.
In this workshop, you will learn:
-
The ins and outs of Google Drive’s Sharing feature so you can collaborate easily.
-
How to clean up your Google Drive by following a file structure so your team can always find what they need.
-
How to follow compliance guidelines so you and your clients are safe!
-
And some file-sharing alternatives that might make more sense for your work.
You will also have the opportunity to ask your questions. Don’t get buried alive under Google Drive!
