DEIA Workshop: Cultural Awareness Series - "Identity"
Explore the Role Identity Plays in the work of Inclusion and Belonging
The Loudoun Chamber’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility Committee is proud to present the first installment of the DEIA Cultural Awareness Workshop series on "Identity."
This 1.5 hour session where you will learn two foundational resilience skills to support the exploration of your Identity and the role it plays in how you interact with difference. This interactive workshop will be led by Lisa Williams of To Learn Just Notice Consulting and will include individual reflection, partner work, small and large group discussions.
You will leave the session more informed on:
- Understand the role nervous system regulation plays in how we interact with one another - take away 2 foundational skills
- Better understand identity theory and its role in Inclusion and Belonging work
- Explore your own social identity to improve your ability to work across differences.
