 Warren Thompson, CEO of Thompson Hospitality, America’s largest minority-owned food and facilities management company, will headline the annual Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility Summit.

A lifelong entrepreneur since his teenage years, Thompson launched Thompson Hospitality in 1992. It has grown to become the second-largest minority-owned company in the Washington, D.C. region, and the largest by employee size. Throughout his career, Warren has been recognized for his commitment to promoting diversity in business, as well as his philanthropic efforts. He is a member of the following professional groups: The 123 Club, The President’s Club of DC, Executive Leadership Council, Sigma Pi Phi and Alpha Phi Alpha fraternities and sits on the Virginia Governor’s Advisory Council on Revenue Estimates.
