About Us

Connected Communities is a full-service mental and behavioral health non-profit that provides critical and necessary mental health services to children and families in the Shenandoah Valley and Northern Virginia. We provide individualized and unique services such as Therapeutic Mentoring, Parent Mentoring, services to divert youth from residential treatment and outpatient therapy for youth, families, and adults.
