Loudouns 100% Connectivity Challenge
The Opportunity, the Obstacles and the Solutions
Loudoun Virginia is one of the most connected places on earth, with more than 70 percent of the world's internet traffic passing through "Data Center Alley". It is also the wealthiest county in the US, with a median household income of $117,000. Yet, there are places in the county where fiber and mobile communication remain a challenge. The purpose of this forum is to have an open dialogue between service providers, government officials and residents to further the goal of 100% connectivity in Loudoun. A keynote speaker will speak broadly on the importance of connectivity in today's world, then a panel discussion featuring backbone/downstream internet providers, mobile solutions providers, elected officials and other stakeholders.
